How Essex Soft Play Bus Works
1. Send Your Date
Tell us your date, party postcode and how long you would like the bus. We check availability and confirm your full quote.
2. Secure Your Party
Complete the booking form and pay your £75 deposit once your booking details are agreed. The balance is due seven days before your party.
3. We Come to You
Arrange suitable parking and access to a standard plug socket. We aim to arrive around 10–15 minutes early to set up.
4. Socks On. Play Time!
Children remove their shoes, keep their socks on and explore. Parents or organisers supervise; under-fours need an adult onboard.

Will the Soft Play Bus Fit?
Make room for a double-decker!
Our bus is approximately 10m long × 2.4m wide × 4.42m high. Allow extra room for mirrors, access, turning and children getting on and off.
We need safe, legal parking and a clear route without low branches, height barriers or unsuitable width restrictions. Send photos of any gates or restricted access before booking.
A standard plug socket is needed. If mains power is unavailable, a generator can be arranged in advance for £55.
